<br />City Council Finance Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />01/12/09 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />LIABILITY, PROPERTY, & WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE <br /> <br />The City Manager presented the 2009 premiums for liability, property/casualty, <br />and workers' compensation insurance coverage. The City Manager noted an <br />increase in liability and property premiums due to sewer backups. The <br />Committee requested a three-year policy bid for 2010-2012. The detailed report <br />can be located on the City's website at www.ci.louisville.co.us. <br /> <br />SALES TAX REPORT FOR THE PERIOD ENDED NOVEMBER 30, 2008 <br /> <br />The Tax Manager presented the November 30, 2008 Sales Tax Report. The <br />report and the corresponding narrative can be located on the City's web site at <br />www.ci.louisville.co.us. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE OF CASH & INVESTMENTS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2009 <br /> <br />The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investment as of <br />December 31, 2009. The schedule and corresponding narrative can be located <br />on the City's web site at www.ci.louisville.co.us. In addition to the presentation, <br />the Committee received a letter from CSafe, dated January 9, 2009, regarding <br />the City's liquidation of accounts. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING & MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The next meeting is set for February 16, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Manager's <br />Office. Discussion items currently scheduled for that meeting are: <br />. Recommendation of Qualified Vendors to receive FMS RFP. <br />. Sales Tax Reports for the Period Ended December 31, 2008. <br />. Financial Statements for the Period Ended December 31, 2008. <br />.
