Manager Registration - Carrabba's Italian Grill -Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 575 McCaslin Blvd. E. Manager Registration -The Noodle Shop Co. Colorado, Inc. d/b/a Noodles & Company -Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 1100 W. Dillon Road F. Renewal Application - 3 Margaritas XVI, Inc. d/b/a 3 Margaritas XVI - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 592 S. McCaslin Blvd. Rommelfanger called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger - yes, Wilson -yes, Carlson -yes, Mulvahill -yes and Lipton -yes. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Special Events Permit -Citizens Community TV -Steinbaugh Pavilion -May 17, 2008 Peter Stewart, 1132 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, CO introduced himself to the Authority. Chairperson Rommelfanger stressed the importance of immediate removal of the alcohol after the event. Mr. Stewart assured him he had definite plans to accomplish that. He was also questioned about training guidelines. Lipton moved the Authority approve the Special Events Permit for CCTV. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill -yes, Wilson -yes, Lipton -yes, Carlson -yes and Rommelfanger -yes. Permit approved. B. Evidence in Aggravation/Mitigation -Findings and Order -Show Cause Hearing -The Back Room Brewery, Inc. d/b/a The Back Room - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 328 S. McCaslin Blvd. - 11 /19/07 Incident Attorney Light reminded the Authority this item was continued from the March 24, 2008 meeting when the Authority held a Show Cause Hearing and adopted a motion finding sufficient evidence to support certain charges as stated in the show cause order and directed the Authority Attorney to prepare a draft order of findings of fact, conclusions of law, and final decision and order. He addressed that order in the Authority packet. He asked the parties representing the City and the Licensee to present evidence in aggravation and mitigation in the matter.
