McCaslin Blvd. <br />Rommelfanger called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger <br />- yes, Wilson -yes, Carlson -yes, Mulvahill -yes and Lipton -yes. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Special Events Permit -Citizens Community TV -Steinbaugh Pavilion <br />-May 17, 2008 <br />Peter Stewart, 1132 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, CO introduced himself to the <br />Authority. Chairperson Rommelfanger stressed the importance of immediate <br />removal of the alcohol after the event. Mr. Stewart assured him he had definite <br />plans to accomplish that. He was also questioned about training guidelines. <br />Lipton moved the Authority approve the Special Events Permit for CCTV. <br />Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill -yes, Wilson -yes, Lipton -yes, <br />Carlson -yes and Rommelfanger -yes. Permit approved. <br />B. Evidence in Aggravation/Mitigation -Findings and Order -Show <br />Cause Hearing -The Back Room Brewery, Inc. d/b/a The Back Room <br />- Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 328 S. McCaslin Blvd. - <br />11 /19/07 Incident <br />Attorney Light reminded the Authority this item was continued from the March 24, <br />2008 meeting when the Authority held a Show Cause Hearing and adopted a <br />motion finding sufficient evidence to support certain charges as stated in the <br />show cause order and directed the Authority Attorney to prepare a draft order of <br />findings of fact, conclusions of law, and final decision and order. He addressed <br />that order in the Authority packet. He asked the parties representing the City and <br />the Licensee to present evidence in aggravation and mitigation in the matter. <br />
