Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />April 28, 2008 <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />permit any activity or acts of disorderly conduct as defined by and <br />provided for in Section 18-9-106, C.R.S. nor shall a licensee permit <br />rowdiness, undue noise, or other disturbances or activity offensive to the <br />senses of the average citizen, or to the residents of the neighborhood in <br />which the licensed establishment is located. <br />C. Louisville Municipal Code § 9.22.060, stating in pertinent part that <br />no person shall sell, serve, give away, dispose of, exchange or deliver, or <br />permit the sale, serving, giving away or procuring of, any malt, vinous or <br />spirituous liquor to a visibly intoxicated person. <br />He further moved the Authority Attorney be directed to prepare a draft of final <br />findings, conclusions and an order for consideration at the Authority's next <br />meeting to be held on May 19, 2008, and this matter be continued until that time. <br />Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger -yes, Wilson -yes, Lipton - <br />yes, Carlson -yes and Mulvahill -yes. <br />Chairperson Rommelfanger thanked Attorney Fredericksmeyerand the officers <br />for appearing. <br />Police Department Reports <br />Sergeant Lanphere extended an open invitation to the Authority members to <br />attend the seller/server training. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson asked members to bring to her attention any items for discussion at the <br />study session scheduled with City Council on May 27. <br />Hanson requested Attorney Light discuss the two Colorado Winery applications <br />received for the Farmer's Market being held on Saturdays this summer. He <br />noted one of the dates for the market occurs before the next Authority meeting. <br />He addressed the limited role the local authority has in this state issued license. <br />The Authority gave staff direction to file no objections on the applications. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />Attorney Light introduced Melinda Culley, a new associate with his firm, to the <br />Authority. <br />Authority Comment <br />
