Renewal Application -The Lodge at Balfour Operations, LLC d/b/a The Lodge at Balfour -Tavern Liquor License - 1855 Plaza Drive E. Renewal Application -Addis Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Louisville Discount Liquor -Retail Liquor Store License - 1140 Pine Street #1 F. Renewal Application - Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & Grill -Tavern Liquor License - 935 Pine Street Rommelfanger called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the consent agenda be approved. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill - yes, Wilson -yes, Carlson -yes, Rommelfanger -yes and Lipton -yes. Consent Agenda approved. Authority Business A. New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License -Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing -ZRC Operations Company, Inc. d/b/a Qdoba Mexican Grill - 459 S. McCaslin Blvd., Suite 1 Lipton moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be set as the city limits of the City of Louisville and the public hearing on the application for a new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License for ZRC Operations Company, Inc. d/b/a Qdoba Mexican Grill be set for July 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill -yes, Wilson -yes, Carlson -yes, Rommelfanger -yes and Lipton -yes. B. Special Events Permit Application - I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County - 2051 Dogwood Street - 5k Race Secretary Hanson commented this item was on the business portion of the agenda as it was a new non-profit sponsoring this event. Mulvahill moved the special event permit application for I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County be approved. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill -yes, Wilson -yes, Carlson -yes, Rommelfanger -yes and Lipton - yes. Motion approved. C. New Tavern Liquor License -Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing -The Residences at Balfour, LP d/b/a The Residences at Balfour - 1336 Hecla Drive Carlson moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be set as the city limits of the City of Louisville and the public hearing on the application for a new Tavern Liquor License for The Residences at Balfour, LP d/b/a The Residences at Balfour and set the public hearing for July 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.
