Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />None <br />Police Department Reports <br />None <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson reminded the Authority members of the Open Government training on <br />November 5 and 6. She also mentioned the seller/server training the Police <br />Department will host on November 16 and invited the members to attend. <br />Carlson inquired about the length of the training. Sergeant Lanphere reported <br />the training is two hours long. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />Attorney Light asked Authority members to email him with any questions or <br />comments they might have for the Open Government/Ethics training in <br />November. He mentioned he was re-structuring the program and invited their <br />input. <br />
