RESOLUTION NO. 53 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE TO <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - SERVICE LEVEL AND FUNDING <br />AGREEMENT FOR USER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES <br />WHEREAS, there has been proposed a First Amendment to the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement - Service Level Funding Agreement for User Law Enforcement Agencies between <br />the City and Boulder County ("First Amendment"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the First Amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That certain First Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement - <br />Service Level Funding Agreement for User Law Enforcement Agencies between the City and <br />Boulder County ("First Amendment"), a copy of which First Amendment accompanies this <br />Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the First Amendment, and the Mayor is <br />hereby further granted the authority to negotiate and approve such revisions to said First <br />Amendment as he determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the First Amendment are not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2019. <br />Ashley Sto <br />ATTEST: <br />Meredyth Muth, City CI <br />Resolution No. 53, Series 2019 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
