RESOLUTION NO. 54 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MASTER AGREEMENT AND SERVICE ORDER <br />WITH MARKLEY DESIGNS <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the services of Markley Designs, LLC to perform <br />design work for the basement remodel at the Louisville Police Department and Courts building; and <br />WHEREAS, a Master Agreement and Service Order have been proposed between the City <br />and Markley Designs for such work; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed agreement is in the best interests of the <br />City and its citizens; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Master Agreement and Service Order between the City of Louisville and <br />Markley Designs, LLC ("Agreement") are hereby approved in substantially the same form of such <br />Agreement that accompanies this Resolution. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, <br />and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the Agreement <br />as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />eredyt - uth, City Clerk <br />Ashley St' 1 mann, or <br />Resolution No. 54, Series 2019 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
