He noted the sustainability perspective of reusing the existing <br />buildings, as well. <br />Howe noted that the revenue from the area would otherwise be lost and that there was <br />value to re -gentrification and to creating of positive energy in this gateway to Louisville. <br />He thought that the tenants would benefit the small-town feel of Louisville and had a <br />genuine interest in the community. <br />Brauneis stated that he would be in support of the proposal, but he was concerned that <br />the sales tax revenue from entertainment use would be limited. He worried that with <br />increased FAR, the City would be freezing this area into what might otherwise be <br />higher -performing in terms of tax generation. The proposal worked well from the owner <br />perspective, but not necessarily from the tax perspective. <br />Rice made a motion to approve Resolution 19, Series 2019, to include the condition as <br />recommended by staff. Williams seconded. Motion approved unanimously by roll call <br />vote. <br />The Business Center at CTC Replat J Final Plat and Final PUD: A request for <br />approval of a Final Plat to consolidate two lots into one, and approval of a Final Planned <br />United Development to allow construction of a structure and associated site <br />improvements at 1875 Taylor Ave. (Resolution 18, Series 2019) REQUEST TO <br />CONTINUE TO DECEMBER 12, 2019 <br />• Applicant: RVP Architecture <br />• Case Manager: Harry Brennan, Planner II <br />Moline made a motion to continue to December 12th.
