Staff Updates, Dashboards and Golf Course Strategic Plan <br />Dashboards <br />• Nathan Mosely presented the Recreation and Senior Center Dashboard <br />results. After explaining, in response to a question by Rich Bradfield, how <br />the money from the Silver Sneakers program is allocated, he noted that <br />the current overall Recreation and Senior Center results have revenues <br />above and expenses below the historical average, a very positive <br />development. <br />• Next, he continued with the Golf Course Dashboard. David Baril <br />commented that while the first quarter was the worst in his experience, <br />mainly due to weather, the third was the best, attributing the positive <br />change to the Golf Course APP and dynamic pricing. <br />Golf Course Staff and Strategic Plan <br />• Nathan Mosely discussed the goal of enhancing the golfer's experience in <br />negotiations with the management of The Sweet Spot. Michele Van Pelt <br />added that the need for improvement in the cart service was critical for the <br />golfers. <br />• David Dean reported on the good summer the Golf Course enjoyed. He <br />noted that winter projects are starting, and that his biggest challenge is <br />staffing. <br />• Nathan Mosely added that the Golf Course Strategic Plan is heading in <br />the right direction. Gene Kutscher cited the views of two ex -Golf Course <br />Advisory Board members regarding possible improvements to a re -worked <br />or rebuilt clubhouse. <br />Recreation Staff and Construction Update <br />Staff Update <br />• Kathy Martin reviewed the current, much reduced punch list. <br />• She continued with an explanation of the impact of United Health <br />Care's decision to stop supporting Silver Sneakers and to start its own <br />plan.
