Fiona will send Ember <br />her edits for production of the final memo. <br />Jill Ruggles (893 Larkspur Ct.) noted that the DOLA takes pressure off the Mesa trails as <br />many owners let their dogs off the leash out on the Mesa. Rick Ruggles suggested <br />considering a tag program for Louisville to allow more dogs off leash on regular trails. <br />Jay Ferguson (1791 Tyler Ave.) noted that size of space is important to him as he has <br />larger dogs. <br />11. Action Item: Review and Finalize 2019 OSAB Accomplishments (see pages 67-70 of <br />the Dec. 2019 OSAB Meeting packet). <br />Laura reviewed the OSAB Accomplishments materials and requested additions and <br />comments. Ember will incorporate any changes to finalize this document. <br />12. Discussion Item: Review and Recommendations Regarding 2020 Education and <br />Outreach Programing (see pages 71-77 of the Dec. 2019 OSAB Meeting packet) <br />Board members were impressed with the Open Space plan and appreciated seeing new <br />programs.
