CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~.~i.~i~i~.~! <br />~i~ not ~s individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or <br />Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so <br />approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Castellino Corp. d/b/a DeCusati's - Hotel 8: Restaurant License <br />356 S. McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Renewal Application - RT Denver Franchise LP RT Colorado LLC d/b/a Ruby <br />Tuesday#2169 - Hotel & Restaurant License - 994 Dillon Rd. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Renewal Application - American Legion Walter Rhodes Post N111 - Club License - <br />1130 Pine St. <br /> <br />Kimmett noted that the renewal applications for Ruby Tuesday and the American Legion did not mark <br />the appropriate box on page one, with regard to changes from the last renewal applications. Attorney <br />Light also noted that the American Legion recently had a change in corporate members, which requires <br />the filing of DR 8177, Corporate Report of Change. The applicants would be notified as to the <br />deficiencies of their applications and asked to make corrections, and file the necessary documents. <br /> <br />VI. AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Modify Premises Application - S.T. Thedes, Ltd., d/b/a Pine Street Junction - H & R <br />Liquor License, 1006 Pine St. <br /> <br />The Authority had questions and concerns relative to Pine Street Junction Application to Modify <br />Premises. It was stated in the application that the area in question would be for storage of tables and <br />chairs. Attorney Light stated that if the applicant is not going to serve or store alcohol in that area, an <br />application to modify the premises is not necessary. It was also determined if the applicant wishes to <br />pursue the application to modify premises a representative should be present at the next meeting to <br />address the Authority. <br /> <br />B. Draft Order to Show Cause and Notice of Hearing - L & G Liquors, Inc. - 1140 Pine St. <br /> <br />Attorney Light stated that staff has prepared a draft Order to Show Cause listing several potential <br />violations of the Liquor Regulations, and City ordinances, based on and the relevant police reports. Light <br />stated the Authority may issue an Order to Show Cause and Notice of Hearing with reference to those <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
