Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />VI. AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Show Cause Hearing - Proposed Stipulation and Agreement - L & G Liquors, Inc. - <br />Retail Liquor Store License - 1140 Pine St. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light stated the enclosures in the Authority packet included a Stipulation and Agreement, <br />offered for purposes of settlement of the previously issued Order to Show Cause. The proposed <br />Stipulation is for a suspension for three days with one served and two days held in abeyance for a period <br />of one year. Special Prosecutor Steve Barnett and Michael Rennich, Attorney for the Licensee, reviewed <br />the Stipulation and Agreement. Mr. Rennich stated that the Licensee would admit to liquor violations A <br />through F, as stated in the Order to Show Cause, however Special Prosecutor Barnett had agreed to <br />dismiss Item G, which alleged serving of visibly intoxicated persons. The Stipulation and Agreement <br />calls for the one-day closure of the premises to be on Saturday, April 10, 1999. <br /> <br />Corporate Report of Changes - American Legion Walter Rhodes Post #0111, Club Liquor <br />License - 1150 Pine St. <br /> <br />There was discussion relative to the background check regarding a person listed on the Corporate Report <br />of Changes for the American Legion. The Authority reviewed the report and forwarded to the State. <br /> <br />Modify Premises Application - S.T. Thedes, Ltd., d/b/a Pine Street Junction - H & K <br />Liquor License, 1006 Pine St. <br /> <br />The applicant's representatives, Eric Maes and Rudolf D'Onofrio, were present to discuss the request to <br />modify the premises by adding an outside entertainment area, which would include ping-pong tables, <br />dartboards and service of alcohol. The Authority members had questions with regards to the height of <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
