City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 14, 2020 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />All agreed to the proposed schedule and priority. <br />26. Middle Mile Network — 1 Study Session and/or Memo. Medium priority. <br />All agreed to the priority and asked if it can be done earlier. <br />27. City Council Salary Survey - 1 Memo; 1 Regular Meeting (if needed). Lower priority. <br />All agreed to the proposed schedule and priority. <br />28. Height Calculations — 1 Regular Meeting for adoption. Lower priority. <br />All agreed to the proposed schedule and changed the priority from staff recommended <br />lower to medium. <br />29. Funding for Public Art - 1 Study Session and/or Regular Meeting. Lower priority. <br />All agreed to the proposed schedule and priority. <br />SUMMARY <br />After further discussion, members agreed to only five items as high priority: <br />Transportation Master Plan, Economic Vitality Strategic Plan, 2012-22 Budget, <br />Sustainability Action Plan Update, and Airport Noise Mitigation Efforts. All others listed as <br />high will be moved to medium. <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted development proposals will affect the schedule and that may <br />push some items into next year. <br />Bartsch asked City Manager Balser if she thinks the list as finalized is all implementable. <br />City Manager Balser stated she feels it can be done. <br />ADVANCED AGENDA & IDENTIFICATION OF FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br />Members reviewed the advanced agenda. <br />ADJOURN <br />Members adjourned at 8:23 pm. <br />olzman ayor <br />eredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />
