There was a defect in the last notice; the Corporate Officer's name was not
listed. The proper posting and publishing was accomplished. Light asked that it be made a part of the
record.

Attorney Light asked Mr. Dill to report to the Authority the progress of the transfer of Mr. Eisenberg's
ownership interest in a Retail Liquor Store in Aurora.

Mr. Dill stated that the Licensing Authority for the City of Aurora has set a heating for Tuesday, May 11,
1999. He explained that it was a corporate structure change and not a transfer of the liquor license. He
asked that if the license was granted that it be contingent upon confirmation of the
Corporate structure change.

Mr. Dill also noted that he had met with Matt Cook of the State Liquor Division to resolve the two issues
of concern relative to the modification of premises application. In such an event the item shall be removed
from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so
approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order.

Ao

Renewal Application - Coal Creek Golf Course - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License with
Optional Premises - 585 W. Dillon Rd.

Lipton noted that on page 2 of Coal Creek Golf Course renewal application, line 5. was marked yes,
which indicated a liquor code violations in the past year. She also noted that the lease agreement will
expire 5/27/2000 and the renewal license will expire on June 11, 1999. Lipton asked if the applicant

2
