RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING A <br />PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION GRANT FOR THE BALL HOUSE LOCATED AT <br />1117 JEFFERSON AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting a preservation and restoration grant for the <br />DiSalvo House, a historic residential structure located at 1117 Jefferson Avenue, on property <br />legally described as South 8' of Lot 5, Lot 4, and 16.5' of Lot 3, Block 7, Capitol Hill, Town of <br />Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Section 3.20.605.D and Section 15.36.120 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the preservation <br />and restoration grant; and <br />WHEREAS, the preservation and restoration work being requested for the Ball House <br />includes restoration work to the existing structure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission finds these proposed <br />improvements will assist in the preservation of the Ball House, which has been previously <br />landmarked by the City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1.
