Call to order: Commission chair Dan Mellish called the meeting to order at 6:32 P.M. <br />II. Roll call: <br />Commission Members Present: Dan Mellish, Paula Elrod, Leah Angstman, Jennifer <br />Henderson, Joe Teasdale, Dave Hooley, and Jonathan Ferris <br />Commission Members Absent: Gordon Madonna and Keith Keller <br />City Representative Present: <br /> Sharon Nemechek, Director Library & Museum Services <br />III. Approval of agenda: Members approved agenda, vote 7 to 0 <br />IV. Public comments: None <br />V. Approval of Sept. 18, 2019 regular meeting minutes: Minutes were approved, vote 7 to 0 <br />VI. Report from Museum Coordinator Bridget Bacon: Commission Members reviewed <br />Bridget’s written report in her absence. <br />VII. Report from Sharon Nemechek, Director of Library & Museum Services: <br />A. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: <br />Commission members approved at a vote of 7 to 0 to approve the following 4 <br />items: <br />1. Dick DelPizzo – Circa 1920s Maytag washing machine from his family home <br />on Main Street. <br />2. William Ryan – St. Louis Church booklet for its Annual Bazaar in 1939.
