Volunteers for Mentors for New Members <br />Laura and Peter offered to provide mentorship to new members. <br />It was decided that Jessamine would be mentored by Peter and <br />Charles would be mentored by Laura. <br /> <br />9. Discussion Item: 2020 Housekeeping 7:30 pm (15 Minutes) <br />A. Approve Agenda Posting Locations: <br />City Hall, Library, Recreation Center, Police Department/Municipal <br />Court, and City Web Site <br /> <br />A motion passed unanimously to approve the above-mentioned <br />posting locations. <br />B. Distribute the 2020 Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet <br />Included in the packet. <br />C. Officer Elections for Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary. <br />Helen Moshak was nominated for Chair, David Blankinship and Peter <br />Gowen for Vice-Chair and Laura Scott Denton for secretary. Peter <br />withdrew his nomination in support of David. A formal motion was made <br />to approve Helen Moshak for Chair, David Blankinship for vice-chair and <br />Laura Scott Denton for secretary. The motion passed unanimously. <br />D. Update OSAB Member Contact Information <br />Ember passed around a spreadsheet for board members to update their <br />contact information. <br /> <br /> <br />10. Discussion Item: Integrated Weed Management Plan 7:45 pm <br />(20 minutes) <br />Catherine provided a presentation on current Open Space <br />operations related to integrated weed management. Staff <br />presented a redline copy of the Integrated Weed Management <br />Plan that included some minor revisions. OSAB members were <br />supportive of current operations and approved of the <br />modifications to the management plan as presented. A motion <br />passed with unanimous approval. <br /> <br />11. Discussion Item: Social Trail 2020 8:05 pm (20 Minutes) <br />Nick gave a presentation on social trail management in 2020. Staff <br />presented 4 social trail pilot projects: <br /> Dutch Creek <br /> Hecla Lake <br /> Aquarius <br /> Warembourg <br /> <br />3
