Second Reading Amendments <br />Ordinance No. 1790, Series 2020 is revised to read as follows (amendments are shown in bold underline <br />and bold sttikeeut): <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1790 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 9 <br />REGARDING OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville is a Colorado home rule municipal corporation duly <br />organized and existing under laws of the State of Colorado and the City Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized by the City Charter and state law, including <br />without limitation C.R.S. § 31-15-401 et SeMc ., to adopt and enforce regulations which may be <br />necessary for the promotion of public safety and peace and to impose penalties upon parties who <br />affect the health, safety and peace of others; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend various provisions of Title 9 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code to update its offenses against public peace, including without limitation <br />amendments to the Louisville Municipal Code to define offenses against public peace punishable by <br />the Louisville Municipal Court; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1.
