Hamm — 32 Acres <br />Summit View Professional Park, LLC — 3.3 Acres <br />EXISTING ZONING: City of Louisville Planned Community Zoned District (PCZD) — <br />Commercial and Residential (PCZD-C-R). <br />LOCATION: <br />The subject parcel is located in northeast Louisville. The parcel is <br />located east of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe rail line, west of <br />Colorado Highway 42, and has approximately 700 feet of frontage <br />on Highway 42. <br />TOTAL SITE AREA: The total property area is 64.46 acres in area. The property <br />includes the 32 acre parcel recently annexed to the City of <br />Louisville as the Takoda Annexation. <br />RESOLUTION: <br />REQUEST: <br />Approval of Resolution No. 05 , Series 2008, a resolution <br />approving an amendment to the Takoda Village General <br />Development Plan, the Takoda Final Subdivision Plat and a Final <br />PUD Development Plan. <br />The applicant / owners, RMCS, LLC have submitted final documents, initiating the final phase <br />of the development review process for processing a land use request for an Amendment to a <br />General Development Plan, a Final Subdivision Plat and a Final PUD Development Plan. The <br />total land holdings of the applicant/owners (64.46 acres) are comprised of four ownership parcels <br />located west of Hwy 42. <br />The submittal of the final documents follows the authorization by the Planning Commission of <br />Resolution No. 23, Series 2007 (October 11, 2007).
