2. Motor vehicle has the meaning set out in the Model Traffic Code for <br />Colorado Municipalities as from time to time adopted by ordinance of the city <br />council. <br />3 Recreational vehicle means and includes (i) a wheeled vehicle, <br />required by the State to have a vehicular registration, built on a chassis that can be <br />towed, hauled or driven and primarily designed to provide temporary living quarter <br />for recreation, vacation and travel use, including, but not limited to, travel trailers, <br />truck campers, tent trailers, pick-up campers, camping trailers, self-propelled motor <br />homes, trailer coaches, mobile homes, buses and camper vans, and all other similar <br />vehicles; and (ii) boats, recreational water craft (such as jet skis), snowmobiles, all - <br />terrain vehicles, and similar recreational equipment. <br />4. Trailer means any wheeled vehicle without motive power which is <br />designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle, and includes without limitation any trailer, <br />open or enclosed, use for utility, contractor's equipment or the transporting of <br />livestock, recreational equipment or boats. <br />5. Front Yard means the yard between the side lot lines and measured <br />horizontally at right angles from the front lot line to the principal structure. <br />6, Rear Yard means the yard extending between the side lot lines and <br />measured horizontally at right angles to the rear lot line from the rear lot line to the <br />nearest point of the principal structure. <br />7. Side Yard means the yard between a principal structure and the side lot <br />line measured horizontally at right angles to the side lot line from the side lot line to <br />the nearest point of the main principal structure. <br />C. Penalty: Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section <br />shall be punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or <br />omission in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate violation and for each <br />calendar day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be <br />deemed to have been committed. <br />Section 3. Section 10.20.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled "Prohibited <br />uses," is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be added are underlined; words to be deleted <br />are stricken through): <br />Sec. 10.20.050. Prohibited uses. <br />No bus, trailcr coach,. or mobile homc, sclf propcllcd motorhomc trailer or <br />recreational vehicle, each as defined in section 17.20.165 of this code, or any <br />recreational equipment of any kind, shall be used for living, sleeping, or residing on <br />5 <br />
