<br />PROJECT INFORMATION :
<br />The project proposes remodeling the Annex Building (Building D) by increasing the
<br />building height to the same height as the Main Building, and increasing the area
<br />not to exceed the square footage limits as defined by the previous PUD. The project
<br />proposes a different use for the Annex Building of which is accessory to the employees
<br />of the Main Building. Since the existing footprint will be re -used, no changes are proposed
<br />for the grading or drainage of the site. Traffic impacts are also unaffected because the
<br />total employee count and hours of operation for the PUD shall remain unchanged. Other
<br />operational conditions of the previous PUD shall remain unchanged.
