The total site provides for 503 parking spaces. <br />Approval of Resolution No. 15, Series 2008, recommending an <br />amendment to the Neodata Final PUD Development Plan to demolish <br />and reconstruct the existing accessory building to incorporate a <br />second floor for a production studio for Gaiam. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On January 4, 1994, the subject parcel (Lot 1, Block 1, Neodata Subdivision) <br />received approval for a Site Plan for the existing 141,677 square foot two story office building and <br />the 7,040 square foot single -story accessory building.
