RESOLUTION NO. 20, <br />SERIES 2008 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO <br />ERECT, AND OPERATE A BUILDING MOUNTED CMRS TELECOMMUNICATIONS <br />FACILITY AT 315 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of special review use (SRU) request to erect and operate a building <br />mounted CMRS telecommunications facility at 315 South Boulder Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it, with <br />condition, to comply with Louisville zoning regulations, required general and specific design <br />standards as set forth in Section 17.42.030, and the City's special review use criteria and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on November 13, 2008, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report date November 13, 2008, the Planning Commission finds that said <br />special review use should be approved, with the following condition. <br />1. The Special Review Use is granted to the applicant only. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a special review use (SRU) request to erect, and <br />operate a building mounted CMRS telecommunications facility at 315 South Boulder Road, <br />subject to the above condition. <br />Attest: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2008. <br />Susan S.
