Case #15-031-FP <br />➢ 824 South Street Final PUD: A request for a final PUD to construct a new <br />10,000 SF commercial building and a 1,200 SF addition to the existing <br />residential building. Case #15-032-FP <br />➢ 1125 Pine Street Final Plat: A request fora minor subdivision to create <br />two lots. Case #15-029-FS <br />➢ Boulder County Final Plat, Final PUD, and GDP: A request for a final <br />Plat and PUD to construct 191 affordable and senior residential housing <br />units along with a 3,100 SF commercial use and a 2,877 SF community <br />center.
