The anticipated uses include retail <br />restaurant or small cafe, potential boutique hotel and/or office space. The total above grade <br />commercial space is 8,348gsf with 3,270gsf of basement space. Sitework includes <br />reconstruction of sidewalks. curb and autter. allev drive Dan. and on -site Datio areas for outdoor <br />seatina. as well as utilitv work necessary for the new develoDment. The Citv desires to extend <br />the downtown streetscaDe includina brick Davina, street trees in tree arates and decorative <br />street lights to extend west on South Street to the alley adjacent to the project.
