NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City Council finds the financial assistance contemplated by the <br />proposed Public Infrastructure Assistance Agreement between the City of Louisville, the Louisville <br />Revitalization Commission, and 824 South, Inc., (the "Agreement") , a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is not a debt or other financial obligation of the <br />City, no City funds are pledged thereby, and the City's interests in connection with the obligations <br />set forth in the Agreement are adequately protected. <br />Section 2. The proposed Agreement is hereby approved. <br />Section 3.
