Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that <br />the testimony you are about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. <br /> <br />Mr. Randall: I do. <br /> <br />Attorney Rennich asked Mr. Randall to state his full name and address for the record. <br /> <br />Shannon Randall, 212 East Longspeak Avenue, Apartment B, Longmont, Colorado. <br /> <br />Attorney Rennich asked if Mr. Randall if he was working at L&G Liquors on the evening of September <br />3, 1999, and if he recognized the copy of the Utah driver's license. <br /> <br />Mr. Randall stated that he was working on the day in question, and that he did recognize the I.D. due to <br />the fact that he has not taken a lot of out-of-state licenses. <br /> <br />Attorney Rennich asked if Mr. Randall participated in the sale to the individual that gave him the Utah <br />driver's license, and if the individual presenting the license looked like the photo on that driver's license. <br /> <br />Mr. Randall stated that he did not participate in the actual sale to the individual, and that other than <br />having shorter hair in person, the person in the Utah driver's license looked the same as the person <br />presenting it. <br /> <br />Attorney Rennich: No further question for Mr. Randall. <br /> <br />City's Rebuttal Witness <br /> <br />Attorney Barnett recalled Officer Moau to the stand and asked for verification on the police report as to <br />who had brought up a torn driver's license. He also asked if the Officer was sure that the time between <br />the traffic stop and the return to L&G Liquors being twenty minutes. <br />Officer Moua stated that Mr. Galvin brought up the issue of a torn driver's license. With regards to the <br />length of time between the traffic stop and his return to L&G Liquors, Officer Moua stated he had to wait <br />for back-up to interview Mr. Jellema and his passenger, and estimated the stop took forty minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />
