<br />Page 7 of 34 <br /> <br /> <br />Project Overview and Process <br />The consulting team proposed a 3-phased approach for addressing the needs of <br />Superior and Louisville. See Figure 1 below. Phase I focused on assessing the current and <br />historical conditions to help the team understand the community impacts and priorities, and <br />to understand the operational conditions and constraints. This included a review of <br />community input and public comments, review of flight operations (aircraft types, flight <br />patterns, local and regional airspace, flight procedures, etc.), and a review of land-use and <br />zoning both on and off the airport.
