Ulm seconded. <br />Motion approved unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION <br /> <br />2019/2020 Goals, Preservation Master Plan Implementation <br /> <br />Selvoski explained that the beginning of the year provided the opportunity to review <br />successes from the previous year and goals for the coming one. She described the <br />following projects: <br />1. Engage and educate realtors <br />2. Update historic preservation incentives <br />3. Architectural Survey (ongoing) <br />4. Miner’s Cabins (ongoing) <br />5. Blue Parrot Sign (ongoing) <br />6. Outreach Events (ongoing) <br /> <br />Dunlap asked if there would be additional architectural surveys. <br /> <br />Selvoski replied that there would be. <br /> <br />Selvoski listed the projects on tap for 2020: <br />1. Review Old Town Overlay and initiate updates if necessary <br />2. Architectural Survey <br />3. Miner’s Cabins (ongoing) <br />4. Blue Parrot Sign (ongoing) <br />5. Outreach Events (ongoing) <br /> <br />Selvoski also listed potential upcoming projects: <br /> <br />1. Preservation Training <br />2. Zoning Incentives Review <br />3. Historic District considerations (replacing Old Town Overlay) <br />4. Review HSA Requirements <br />5. Review property acquisition logistics/requirements <br />6. Historic home tour <br /> <br />Ulm stated that if the Commission did not start talking about the review of zoning <br />incentives soon, it would not have any control over what was going on. He asked if <br />Council was planning to talk about the issue. <br /> <br />Selvoski confirmed.
