The multifaceted and comprehensive strategies <br />contained in this document should not be construed to be all encompassing. Rather, this <br />document should be viewed as a starting point for discussions among local and regional <br />stakeholders representing both aviation and community stakeholders as they will be <br />ultimately responsible for acceptance and implementation of the strategies selected and <br />approved. Additionally, this report is intended to be considered a “living” document <br />allowing for new strategies and concepts as well as modifications to those presented, as <br />conditions change, and new technologies and other opportunities arise. <br />Noise abatement takes dedication, patience, the desire to collaborate and a <br />willingness to compromise in an effort to find solutions to very complex issues. These <br />initial steps and the willingness of so many stakeholders and stakeholder groups to support <br />the effort can serve as a catalyst for future progress toward a more positive quality of life <br />for the citizens of Superior and Louisville. <br /> <br /> <br />
