line 2., the lease expiration date of 11-2112 appeared to be wrong. AUTHORITY BUSINESS Show Cause Heating - L & G Liquors Inc., d/b/a L & G Liquors - Retail Liquor Store License- 1140 Pine Street. Authority Member Lipton called the Show Cause Hearing to Order. Attorney Kelly reviewed that at the November 29, 1999 meeting, the Authority conducted a Show Cause Hearing for L&G Liquors. The matter was continued and the Authority directed the Attorney to prepare a draft of the final findings, conclusions and an order for adoption at the next regular meeting. The draft of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of law, and Final Decision and Order was included in the packet for the Authority Members' review. Authority Members Jeffers and Myers suggested revision to the Findings. After Authority discussion Attorney Kelly reviewed each revision for clarification. On page 3, item M., line 3, the second sentence will revised to read "This driver's license is issued in the name of Andy E. Bansle, and appears to list a date of birth of August 17, 1978, although the date and name are not clear." The second change added two paragraphs to the Findings of Fact, and relabeled paragraph as S., Q. Add a paragraph Q. to page 4, that will read "The licensee admitted selling alcohol to Mr. Jellema." "The issue then became one of identification and whether a fraudulent identification was produced, and not of the sale itself." The other new paragraph to page 4, labeled R. that will read "At the heating, the licensee testified he recognized Mr. Jellema as someone who he knew worked at Pine Street Junction, and that Mr. Jellema attempted to buy beer six months prior. The licensee further testified that on September 3, he asked Mr. Jellema if he had turned twenty-one." Page 5, paragraph C., the final sentence will revised to read "Although the Licensee testified he had made a photocopy of the identification produced by Mr. Jellema at the time Mr. Jellema purchased alcohol from him, the appearance of the photocopied driver's license admitted into evidence as Licensee's Exhibit A conflicts with statements made by Mr. Galvin to Officer Moua during Officer Moua's investigation on September 3, 1999, and with the license produced by Mr. Jellema to Officer Moua on that evening."
