Therefore the monthly filers were not ranked by business opening date, <br />instead, I simply noted the 20 applicants within the Urban Renewal Area that will receive <br />LRC funding. However, there were 22 eligible quarterly filers, and funding only <br />remained for 14 grants. Using the business start date listed on the applicant’s license, <br />all eligible quarterly filers were ranked from oldest to newest; the oldest 14 were then <br />approved for funding.
