Also present were <br />City Manager Heather Balser, Economic Vitality Director Megan Pierce, City Clerk <br />Meredyth Muth, and Executive Administrator Dawn Burgess, and members of public <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Mayor Pro Tem Maloney made a motion to approve the agenda, Mayor Stolzmann <br />seconded. Approved <br /> <br />Approval of March 6, 2020 Minutes: <br />Approved <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />None <br /> <br />Discussion /Direction/Action <br />• Small Business Emergency Solutions Grant Program <br />Economic Vitality Director Megan Pierce said the Council referred further <br />discussion of the Small Business Emergency Solution grant program to the <br />Economic Vitality Committee (EVC) for evaluation and asked the committee to <br />make a recommendation to Council. <br /> <br />There is a Special Council meeting scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2020 and <br />Council could consider this item at that meeting. The EVC can discuss <br />outstanding issues by reviewing the draft application. <br /> <br />Chair Dickinson began working through the bullet points from the agenda <br />packet. <br />
