It was agreed to remove business <br />revenue section. <br /> <br />Mark Oberholzer – Chair of BRaD, Vice President of the DBA, local business <br />owner commented he would be inclined to get more information rather than less <br />because it may help in ranking application. <br /> <br />Brian Topping commented that he likes the idea of collecting more information, <br />it could be useful in the event of a tie breaker. <br /> <br />Mayor Stolzmann said the criteria must be defined before we launch the <br />program. She would like to look at industry codes. She wants a targeted pool. <br />Tie breaker can be longevity, when business was registered/licensed. Director <br />Pierce said she will refine and bring back to the EVC as decision factors. City <br />Manager Balser said staff will provide information for EVC to respond to. In <br />terms of reviewing applications, the process could be undertaken by a <br />committee. <br /> <br />Director Pierce will try to provide a draft application, time permitting, prior to the <br />EVC meeting on Wednesday. City Manager Balser noted that packet materials <br />for Friday’s special meeting will be provided as well. <br /> <br />Chair Dickinson said this is challenging time and we must continue to work on <br />this. It won’t solve everyone’s issue but it will help some. <br /> <br />Mayor Stolzmann said there is community building around this issue and these <br />times. She thanked Director Pierce for her work on the small business <br />emergency solutions grant program. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:08 pm to be continued on Wednesday at 2:00 <br />pm. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
