Renewal Application - RT Denver Franchise LP RT Colorado, LLC, d/b/a Ruby Tuesday <br />#2169 - Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License - 994 Dillon Road. <br /> <br />Attorney Kelly noted the Tri-City Elks application needed a response from the applicant to item <br />9(c), date of filing last annual corporate report with the Secretary of State. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Modification of Premises - Clover Clan, LLC, dgo/a Old Louisville Inn - Hotel/Restaurant <br />Liquor License - 740 Front Street. <br /> <br />The application to modify the premises of the Old Louisville Inn is for a one-day St. Patrick's Day <br />event. The modification consists of the erection of tents to the south of the existing building. <br />Two applications to modify the premises were submitted, one to permit the tents to be erected on <br />the premises, the second to return the premises to the original configuration after the event is <br />completed. There was brief discussion concerning the location and manning of entry and exits. <br />The Authority stipulated that the applicant contacts the Fire Marshall and the Building Safety <br />Department for a courtesy inspection relative to safety issues. <br /> <br />Modification of Premises - August Moon, Inc., d/b/a Cheng's Garden Restaurant - Hotel <br />& Restaurant Liquor License - 480 W. Dahlia. <br /> <br />This agenda item was carded from the last regular meeting due to omissions and conflicting <br />information contained in the application and lack of proper illustrative diagrams. The applicant <br />was requested to be present at this meeting to answer questions by the Authority. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers reviewed the revised application and requested the applicant revise the end <br />date for question 7(c) on the application to reflect that the modification is "permanent". <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers thanked the owners for appearing and requested the spokesperson for Cheng's <br />Garden to come forward for introduction and to address questions by the members. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
