PC Recommendation <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 9 <br /> SERIES 1992 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION AND "RE" ZONING FOR THE PROPERTY <br /> DESCRIBED AS 27 . 3 ACRES, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 <br /> WEST, SOUTH OF CHERRY STREET AND EAST OF WEST DAHLIA STREET. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to fhe Louisville Planning <br /> Commission an application for Annexation and Zoning for the <br /> property described as 27 . 3 acres located in Section 18 , Township 1 <br /> South, Range 69 West, south of Cherry Street and east of West <br /> Dahlia Street. <br /> The applicant is The Meadows at Coal Creek Corporation, 41200 <br /> County Road 13 , Elizabeth, Colorado, Delmer Zweygardt, President. <br /> The applicant is also represented by James R. Fraker of JR <br /> Engineering, Ltd. , 6857 S . Spruce Street, Englewood, Colorado. <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Annexation and Zoning <br /> have been reviewed by City staff and found to be in compliance with <br /> the Louisville Annexation and Zoning ordinances and regulations and <br /> related policies ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Planning Commission finds that said Annexation and <br /> Zoning should be approved; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br /> the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of <br /> the Annexation and "RE" Zoning of the property described above. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF APRIL, 1992 . <br /> 7 <br /> Chairperson <br /> ATTEST: <br /> By: - o �-o�-- <br /> Secretary <br />
