LL• <br />Lolsville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Economic Vitality Committee <br />Minutes <br />Wednesday, May 6, 2020 <br />2:30 pm <br />Electronic Meeting <br />Call to Order — Mayor Pro Tern Maloney called the meeting to order at 2:37 pm. <br />Roll Call: the following members of the City Council were present: Mayor Ashley <br />Stolzmann, Mayor Pro Tern Maloney, and Chair Caleb Dickinson (joined at 2:47 pm). <br />Also present were City Manager Heather Balser, Economic Vitality Director Megan <br />Pierce, City Clerk Meredyth Muth, and Executive Administrator Dawn Burgess, and <br />members of public. <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Mayor Stolzmann made a motion to approve the agenda, Mayor Pro Tern Maloney <br />seconded. Approved. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes: <br />• April 13, 2020 <br />o Approved <br />• April 15, 2020 <br />o Approved <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />Discussion /Direction/Action <br />Emergency Solutions Grant Program Update <br />Economic Vitality Director Megan Pierce discussed program outcomes; she felt <br />the process went well and was conducted fairly efficiently. Time EVC spent on <br />criteria was well spent to make the processing very objective. Every applicant <br />that raised questions received a response during the application window. There <br />were 180 applications.
