Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />May 6, 2020 <br />Page 5of6 <br />Chair Fisher made a motion made to approve Resolution No. 20-02 <br />Commissioner Bradfield — seconded <br />Commissioner Tote — yes <br />Commissioner Adler — yes <br />Commissioner Gorsevski - yes <br />Commissioner Gambale - yes <br />Council member Lipton - yes <br />Chair Fisher - yes <br />Commissioner Bradfield - yes <br />• Discussion/Direction — Agreement Regarding Property Tax TIF Revenue <br />Sharing, Highway 42 Revitalization Area with the Louisville Fire Protection <br />District <br />Based on prior City Council and LRC feedback, the LFPD has revised their <br />request for revenue sharing to only be on 100% of their recently approved <br />3.900 mill levy. <br />Chair Fisher appreciates capital improvement program information in the <br />packet. Commissioner Bradfield thanked Chief Willson for putting projections <br />together. <br />The action today is if the LRC would like staff to amend the original agreement <br />to advance to City Council. Then it would be approved by Council and returned <br />to LRC for approval. <br />Commissioner Bradfield moved that the LRC forward the amended agreement <br />to Council. Seconded by Chair Fisher <br />Roll call vote: <br />Commissioner Tofte — yes <br />Commissioner Adler - yes <br />Council member Lipton - yes <br />Commissioner Gorsevski - yes <br />Commissioner Bradfield - yes <br />Chair Fisher — yes <br />Commissioner Gambale - yes <br />Chief Willson thanked the LRC for the patience and the work on the revenue <br />sharing agreement. <br />Discussion/Direction — Commission/City Council Study Session (June 9, <br />2020 at 5:30 PM) <br />Direction from the State is that there currently cannot be gatherings of 10 or <br />more, however, that could evolve over the next few weeks. LRC meeting is a <br />high priority for Council. City Manager Balser said there is a good chance we <br />Agenda Packet P. 6 <br />
