Price Proposal: <br />a. Body Camera, Vehicle Video & Communications Systems to Support a Total of 42 Officers and 30 <br />Vehicles <br />b. A total of 1 Interview Room <br />c. Period of Agreement = 7 Years <br />d. Total System Price, Inclusive of all Hardware, Software Licenses, Data Storage/Retrieval, <br />Warranty, Support, for a period of seven (7) Years for: $402,400.00 <br />e. Attachment A-1 outlines the details of the price proposal, with part numbers and associated <br />quantities. <br />2. Bill of Materials Included with the Offer: As part of the annual subscription price for Seven (7) years, each <br />system will include the following: <br />Rocket IoT Vehicle Video/Communications/Cornero triggers - Includes A VofL Web1 SaoS, Training and <br />Configuration, Warranty and Technical Support with Unlimited Video Storage and Download. <br />Every Officer (Qty. 42) will be equipped with the following: <br />a. One (1) BodyWorn"ACamera and Mount <br />b. One (1) Holster Activation Sensor <br />c. One (1) Bluetooth BodyWorn Wrist/Belt Trigger <br />d. $200 Uniform Allotment, Towards Any Combination of New BodyWorn Ready <br />Uniforms, per BodyWorn Camera Purchased <br />e. Unlimited Retrofits during the first 180 days of Existing, Standard Uniform <br />Garments, to BodyWorn Ready Status, per BodyWorn Camera <br />f.
