Task 1-Baseline Assessment <br />Conduct an assessment of existing conditions with a focus on flight training <br />and related community impacts. The assessment shall include: <br />• Airport facilities <br />• Airspace <br />• Traffic patterns and flight procedures* <br />• Operations and fleet mix* <br />• Current noise abatement program elements <br />• Land-use/zoning around the airport and predominant flight corridors <br />• Summary of available complaint data and community concerns <br />Deliverable <br />• Baseline assessment summary report <br />• Timeframe: 30 days <br />* The operations analyses will be limited due to the availability of flight track data. ABCx2 will <br />make every effort leverage all available data in this assessment. Procurement of flight track . 2 <br />data is an option, but will require additional costs.
