Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: July 31, 2000 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers stated that the Authority woui~.proceed with. the public heating and moved <br />that the entire application as contained in the Authority packets be made a part of'the record of <br />this hearing. Evans seconded the motion. All members were in favor, motion carded. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked the applicant to come forward, state his name and address for the <br />record and take the oath. <br /> <br />The applicant stated his name and address, Michael C. Donnelly, 402 Pine Street, Boulder, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk asked the witness to raise his right hand and proceeded with the oath. <br />"Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to <br />give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.' <br /> <br />Mr. Donnelly: Yes. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked the applicant to make his presentation. <br /> <br />Mr. Donnelly began his presentation by stating that Wahoo's Fish Taco is a chain restaurant with <br />three other restaurants open in Colorado and the store in Louisville being the fourth. He <br />continued that Wahoo's Fish Taco is a quick service restaurant in which patrons order meals and <br />beverages at the service counter and are served at their table. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked Mr. Donnelly to bring forth any witnesses present to testify on their <br />behalf. <br /> <br />The first witness came forward and stated his name and address, Arial Solomon, 656 W. <br />Sandlewood Court, Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br />The Deputy citY Clerk asked the witnesS, to raise his right_hand and proceeded with the oath. <br />"Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to <br />give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth." <br /> <br />Mr. Solomon: Yes. <br /> <br />Mr. Solomon stated that he patronized Wahoo's Fish Taco in Boulder and Denver and that he <br />enjoys their food. He continued that he was in favor of Wahoo's obtaining a liquor license and <br />the opportunity to have a beer with his meal. <br /> <br />The next witness stated his name and address, Troy Heithcock, 932 Sunflower Street, Louisville, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk asked the witness to raise his right hand and proceeded with the oath. <br />"Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
