Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 9', 2020 <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />Moline asked if Planner Ritchie had a sense of upcoming development proposals. <br />Ritchie replied that there was a little bit left out at CTC and that, in general, there were <br />larger -scale development applications and fewer smaller -scale applications. <br />Rice asked if the ConocoPhillips property would come on the agenda this year. <br />Zuccaro replied that it would likely be on the agenda during the first half of the year. He <br />added that the Tennis Center property might also come in. <br />Brauneis asked who was up for the Sunshine Law review. <br />Ritchie replied that she would reach out to the City Clerk and see who was due for that <br />training. <br />Brauneis and Ritchie advised the commissioners to avoid public meetings on <br />applications that may come before the Commission. <br />Zuccaro added that there could be site visits using the City Attorney's guidelines. <br />Williams asked for a heads -up before the Medtronic application came forward so she <br />could sit down with staff and the attorney to figure out conflicts of interest. <br />Ritchie replied that there was a list of current developments on the City website. Staff <br />would also send out a spreadsheet with all active applications. <br />Zuccaro added that staff and the City Attorney could work with commissioners on <br />conflicts of interest. <br />Zuccaro replied that they should not get into more detail about specific applications. <br />Brauneis asked for other questions on the 2020 Work Plan. Seeing none, he asked for <br />staff comments. <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />• Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet — 2020 Edition <br />Ritchie asked the commissioners to take a look at the pamphlet. <br />• Public Notice Posting Locations (Resolution No. 1, Series 2020) <br />Rice moved to approve Resolution 1, Series 2020. Howe seconded.
