6 City«f <br />Louisvine <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 14, 2020 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Vice Chair Rice called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Tom Rice, Vice Chair <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Jeff Moline <br />Debra Williams <br />Keaton Howe <br />Ben Diehl <br />Dietrich Hoefner <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Lisa Ritchie, Senior Planner <br />Elizabeth Schettler, Sen. Admin. Assistant <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moves and Diehl seconds a motion to approve the May 14, 2020 agenda. <br />Motion passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Howe moves and Moline seconds a motion to approve the March 12, 2020 minutes. <br />Commissioner Brauneis abstains from voting. Motion passes unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None is heard. <br />NEW PUBLIC ITEMS <br />Discussion on Mobile Food Courts <br />Staff presents their discussion on possible amendments to the Louisville Municipal <br />Code to establish regulations for mobile food courts. <br />Staff mentions the needed special review use for mobile food courts and what uses <br />would not be permitted. Standards such as site plans and setback requirements is <br />discussed as well.
