Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Williams moved and Howe seconded a motion to approve the January 10t", 2019 <br />minutes. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Rice abstained due to his absence <br />at the January meeting. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />NEW BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />The Foundry PUD Amendment: A request to amend the phasing plan requiring that <br />both commercial structures be built concurrently with the residential structures. The <br />applicant requests that only one commercial structure be required with the residential <br />structures (Resolution 4, Series 2019). <br />• Applicant: Foundry Builders <br />• Case Planner: Rob Zuccaro, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />Williams disclosed that she lives in the neighborhood, knew about the application, and <br />had not seen the full application before.
