Moline asks about rationale <br />behind banning parking lots by primary use by right in RM and RH districts. <br />Robinson clarifies Aspen program in residential neighborhoods. Robinson says that banning <br />parking lots is aimed at preventing businesses from buying lots to construct a parking lot. <br />Discussion by Commission: <br />Motion made to accept the Parking Action Plan by Moline, seconded by Rice.
