It is a little bit unorthodox but I think everybody seems comfortable with it. I know Staff believes that this gives flexibility. I think it is fine. Other than that, I think it is a great project, whichever one it is that we end up with. I am really excited about all the activity out at the CTC. This is fantastic. To see this kind of economic vibrancy in the City is very important. I applaud your efforts in that regard. Brauneis says I am in favor of the projects and look forward to further detail down the line. Moline says I am in support. Pritchard says that I am in support. I agree that the flexibility on a project of this size is needed. I think it is beneficial that Staff was able to look at it and present it both ways. I would suggest that Staff be prepared to give examples of where we have done this before. I assume City Council will ask the exact same question.
