The project will join <br />two properties and consist of condominiums, retail and drive through land uses. Case <br />#15-030- FS/FP/ZN <br />➢ The Allen Company PUD Extension: a request to reinstate an expired PUD (expired <br />September 6, 2014). Case #15-031-FP <br />➢ 824 South Street Final PUD: A request for a final PUD to construct a new 10,000 SF <br />commercial building and a 1,200 SF addition to the existing residential building. Case <br />#15-032-FP <br />➢ 1125 Pine Street Final Plat: A request for a minor subdivision to create two lots. Case <br />#15-029-FS <br />➢ Boulder County Final Plat, Final PUD, and GDP: A request for a final Plat and PUD to <br />construct 191 affordable and senior residential housing units along with a 3,100 SF <br />commercial use and a 2,877 SF community center. Case #15-033-FP/FS <br />➢ Urgent Care Final PUD: A request for a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to <br />construct 8,870 square feet for a medical clinic.
