The applicant has redesigned the proposal <br />with a new design. <br />• Staff requests that PC look at this as a new proposal, not in comparison to the <br />November proposal. <br />LOCATION <br />• 824 South Street, southwest corner of South Street and Main Street. <br />• Existing residential house on the west end of the lot, set back from Main Street. <br />PROPOSED SITE PLAN <br />• Keep existing house on west side, remove existing garage <br />• Build new two story commercial structure on east portion of lot <br />• Buildings would be up against each other on south end with a small courtyard separating <br />them further north. <br />
