Prior to acceptance of constructed improvements for the site, 4-foot wide maintenance <br />easement for the sidewalk adjacent to the west right-of-way line of Dogwood Street shall <br />be recorded. <br />2. Prior to City Council approval, the plans shall be revised to demonstrate compliance with <br />the turning radii requirements of the Louisville Fire Protection District (LFPD). <br />3. Prior to acceptance of constructed improvements for the site, an easement for access <br />and maintenance of the drainage easement area along the western edge of the property <br />shall be recorded. <br />4.
