Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Page 7of7 <br />Dean stated that the design guidelines were being updated soon and that staff would appreciate <br />1 or 2 members of the Commission be involved in that review. <br />Zuccaro added that the training budget was new for Planning Commission. Staff budgeted for <br />about 2 commissioners to a conference in 2018. Staff would send an email for the 2018 <br />conferences, which were usually held in October. There are also local planning conferences <br />commissioners can attend. <br />Brauneis asked if there was an update on sunshine law training <br />Zuccaro stated that there was no update but that the City Clerk was looking into redoing <br />sunshine -law training. Staff would be in touch about the training soon. He asked if the <br />Commission thought there was any interest in a private versus group training. <br />Brauneis stated that he recommend training with other quasi-judicial commissions. <br />Adjourn: <br />Moline made motion to adjourn, Williams seconded. Brauneis adjourned meeting at 7:16 P.M. <br />
